Your withdrawal request will be approved if ALL of these conditions are met: Purchase Type (one-time package/credit pack, not subscriptions) / Timeframe (within 14 days from purchase) / Credit Usage (fewer than 2% consumed) / Waiver Not Signed (you did NOT check "I agree to immediate access and waive my 14-day withdrawal right" at checkout)

If you waived your withdrawal right at checkout and consumed credits, you are NOT eligible for a refund under EU law.

What Happens Next?

Acknowledgment (within 2-3 business days): We will send you an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request.
Verification (1-3 business days): We will verify your eligibility by checking:
- Purchase date (within 14 days)
- Credit consumption (less than 2%)
- Withdrawal waiver status (not signed)
Refund Processing (within 14 days): If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (Stripe). You will receive a refund confirmation email.
Account Adjustment: Unused credits will be removed from your account after refund is processed.
